The seat is exceptionally worn and the rear brakes do not work at all. The numbers on the light hand gears are torn off and the bike has no reflectors

Incident Description:
I rented the I-Go at this location and locked by bike to the gate in the alley. I was gone for 4 hours and when I returned the lock had been cut and the bike was gone.
